Mandarin (Citrus reticulata) is a fruit species belonging to the citrus family (Rutaceae), which grows in temperate climate. Mandarin orange, yellow in color, has a fleshy and succulent structure. Its uniformly structured branches have dark green leaves, small and pointed than the orange ones, which are bright and smooth. The flowers that bloom on the end of one-year shoots or leaf seats of the tree in spring are white in color and very fragrant. These flowers, according to the mandarin species ripen at the beginning, middle and end of the autumn and turn into mandarin fruit.
